Bio Chestnut flour from cooked chestnut
As early as the Middle Ages, peasant families made flour from dried, smoked chestnuts. They baked bread from chestnut flour and also made porridge by cooking it with water or milk. In large-scale production, ground chestnuts are also the most practical form of storage for sweet chestnuts, as they do not require freezing in this form.
